Last night I dreamt of the ideal pied-à-terre, perched atop a tower in River Landing. I had arranged to meet up with an old friend for a leisurely stroll through the art gallery, which was followed by a truly world-class dinner and a short walk to take in some cool evening air. The minutes dragged on as we sat quietly enraptured, and I thought to myself that I would never tire of watching the seasons change from one of the best vantage points in Saskatoon. As a lifelong lover of nature, haute cuisine, and fine works of art, I knew this spot was practically a perfect fit. Having the best our city has to offer so close at hand is truly a luxury. Really, what more could you ask for?
